Postmortem


In this project, we had success in terms of vision. As a team, we were very clear about what we wanted and we were successful at having an integrated and cohesive vision. However, we did have some problems when it came to working asynchronously and we didn't have as much time as desired went it came to meeting in person. We were able to fix the software problems although it did cost time and in the end, we did meet up in person and communicated well even though the time in person wasn't the most desired. Working in person is definitely prefered but with good and constant communication, our vision was what we wanted. For the future, we would consider adding interaction with lights and maybe adding more rooms that represent different feelings.
